Installed in a few hours, we had to have a box outside which is well-made and looks nice. Had a few problems the following day, which were sorted out promptly, everything has been fine since. Water has improved so much, no more white marks around sink!

Excellent service with a strong ‘Can do’ attitude.

Excellent result in changing the resin in a water softener which other so-called softener specialists either wouldn’t tackle (trying to sell us a replacement softener) or wanted over twice a much to do.
There were a few challenges along the way, but there’s a definite ‘can do’ attitude to overcoming problems, which means I have no hesitation at all in recommending this outfit 100%.

The whole installation and after care services have been excellent.

Rob is very personable and has an easy manner, he’s a nice guy. Even though he is well informed on the subject of water softeners he explains clearly the benefits of having one and what it entails. There is no jargon or sales talk and he listens to you and answers your questions. The ultimate decision to have one or not is yours. When he installs one he is competent and efficient, working with the minimum amount of disruption. The water softeners are the best quality, rarely have problems and operating it simple, just add salt. I have had a water softener for over 30 years as I live in an area of very hard water and the benefits are many and well worth having. As far as I’m concerned the bonus for me us having someone like Rob to deal with and ensure that my water softener continues to run smoothly.
